Over the Ledge Theatre Company was formed in 2011 as a Michigan non-profit corporation. The IRS has approved our organization as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity arts organization. Donations to 501(c)(3) organizations, such as Over the Ledge, are tax deductible.
Over the Ledge Theatre Company was founded by Joseph Dickson, who acts as Executive Director of the organization. Over the Ledge has a nine member board of directors, made up of local community members.
